Our client is looking for either a current Responsible Individual, Senior Social Worker or a Registered Manager with Ofsted looking for their next step up!

Job role

•   Responsible Individual over seeing 10 young peoples residential settings
•   Development & performance management
•   Maintaining staff training and Ofsted requirements
•   Working with the local authorities for placing service users into their service appropriately
•   Overall running of the Homes and supporting Management in place

Requirements

•   2 years’ experience as a Responsible Individual or Senior Social Worker or Registered Manager with Ofsted
•   Strong knowledge of Ofsted within young peoples services
•   Level 5 Qualification in Leadership & Management
•   Excellent verbal & written communication skills
•   Proven track record with Good to Outstanding with Ofsted
