Top Job Colchester are currently seeking a Sales Office Assistant to work in the Logistics department for a Manufacturing Client in Colchester.
Main Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the accurate and timely processing of all booking in and the generation of associated paperwork including loading report, delivery and collection notes. To maintain accurate records of finished goods and prepare stock loads to sell-off and support the Sales Office and Customer Service teams.
General:
Resolve all queries regarding booking in/ non accepted deliveries/ non delivery of goods and collections. Identify incorrectly booked orders and highlight necessary information to the Customer Service team.
