Sales Support Administrator

TopJob recruitment are seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a trading company based in Kelvedon, Essex. As a Sales Support Administrator you will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn as part of a close, friendly team in a positive environment. This role would suit someone looking for a career in an essential, continuous industry.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with sales enquiries, pricing and order taking
  • The opportunity to win new business and expand your customer portfolio if desired
  • Entering all data from sales / delivery transactions into a bespoke database
  • Supporting management in sales related matters including marketing
  • Liaising with drivers
  • Chasing suppliers and customers

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong IT fluency
  • Keen eye for detail
  • A polite and friendly manner
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
