Top Job are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to work for a fantastic client in the design industry. This role is based in their Manchester office and will require an enthusiastic, organised and driven individual to join the team.

Purpose of the position: To provide internal support for Sales Representatives & Key Account Managers and provide excellent customer service to clients contacting the office.  

Job Responsibilities       

  • Respond to client queries via phone and email – ask the right questions and direct to the correct team, whilst providing a high level of customer service.
  • Process, track and ship textile orders using the bespoke system
  • Place and respond to sample requests
  • Issue quotations and standard pricing agreements in collaboration with the Sales Rep/Key Account Manager
  • Support sales rep with basic project updates
  • Provide sales rep or Key Account Manager with project pipeline or turnover data
  • Problem-solve and collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • General administrative support for clients & sales team including stock checks and technical queries

Personal Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role is essential
  • Industry experience is crucial - not necessarily textile related, although this would be preferable
  • Proven ability to take projects from start to finish
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Natural attention to detail
  • Pro-active with the ability to work on own initiative

Salary: £25,000 per annum + yearly bonus
