Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Sales Progressor working with a well established and respected Estate Agents in Colchester. This is a flexible role and can be either Full or Part time position

If you are able to demonstrate a in-depth knowledge of the sale progress and be able to work under pressure whilst understanding how pivotal the role of Sales Progressor is, then this is the job for you

Job Role:

• Manage large pipeline of property purchases
• Work closely with external solicitors and mortgages brokers
• Maintain regular client contacts
• Be extremely organised when tracking
• Managing the sales progression pipeline
• Regularly report to company Directors
• Dealing with the progression of the properties sold subject to contract

Experience Needed

• Experience within property sales, sales progression or conveyancing
• Excellent IT skills
• Knowledge of legal process of purchasing a property
• An understanding of the mortgage’s application process
