Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a school in a village near Colchester for a School Cleaner to join their team. This is a part-time role with hours from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, offering an hourly rate of £11.44.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning classrooms, hallways, toilets, and other school areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for students and staff.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid DBS check for both adults and children (or willingness to undergo a DBS check).
• Ideally, registered on the DBS Update Service.
• Previous cleaning experience, especially in a school or similar environment, would be beneficial.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
