Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Semi Independent Manager specialising in Children and Young People aged 16 - 18 year olds to work in Greater London. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Manager looking to begin working with Young People and helping them to become independent or even a experienced Semi Independent Manager who would like the opportunity to oversee two homes in London. 

You will also need to be confident at running a residential setting to CQC regulations. 

Job role

• Semi Independent Manager to oversee one home, opportunity to manage two homes
• Development & performance management
• Maintaining staff training and CQC requirements
• Working with the local authorities for placing service users into their service appropriately
• Overall running of the home including budgeting and service user satisfaction

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a Care Manager of a Children service or Adult service
• Strong knowledge of CQC Regulations
• Level 5 Qualification in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or Adults 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
