Our client has been established for over a decade and are one of the major providers in the area for sales, lettings and property management.

Job Role

• Accompany Viewings
• Dealing with telephone enquiries and email leads
• Registering enquiries and arranging appointment
• Closing deals to secure the property rental
• Follow up enquiries
• Coordinating move-ins
• Processing payments
• Canvassing and self-generating business
• Any other duties as deemed necessary
• Manage/oversee other negotiators

Requirements

• Excellent telephone manner
• Experienced diary management
• Full clean licence
• Aim to achieve or exceed personal and branch targets set
• Experience within the industry
