Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Day and Night Senior Care Assistants for our client based outside of Cheltenham.

Our client is an established company with strong knowledge with Dementia Care and provide 24/7 Care to Residents.

Candidates will need to be confident at working within a residential setting to provide the best quality of care to each individual.

Job role

• Residential Cares Days/Nights – £10.00- £10.50 PH
• Senior Care Assistant's will ensure that the personal needs of elderly residents are met in a way that respects their dignity, choice and promotes independence
• Provide the best possible care environment by promoting a warm, friendly and homely atmosphere, and help towards the smooth day to day running of the home
• Supervising a team of Care Assistant's.

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience of working within an Elderly Residential or similar environment
• Self-motivation
• Organised
• Flexible
• Caring
• Sensitive to needs of others and the sick and infirm
• Active team player but also able to work on own initiative
• A good communicator
