Top Job are proud to be partnering with our client to recruit a Senior Support Worker for one of their homes in Worthing!

Your job role will include;

  • Using your leadership skills to offer guidance and support to your team
  • Ensure the welfare and care of each child
  • Build positive relationships with each child to ensure they are given the best chance to succeed
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead the team in ensuring that placement plans, policies and procedures, and risk assessments are followed at all times
  • Bring a "can do" attitude and positivity to every shift

What we are looking for:

  • You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
  • You must have at least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare
  • You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • You must be available to work 40 hours per week and complete sleep ins
