Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Senior Support Workers specialising with EBD and Challenging Behaviours for our client based in Harlow. 

Our client is an established company with strong knowledge with Young People Services ages between 8-18 with EBD and Challenging Behaviours.

Candidates will need to be confident at working within a residential setting to provide the best quality of care to each individual.

Job role

• Senior Residential Worker - £23,300 - £28,000
• All salaries are dependent on qualifications & experience
• Roles are either 37.5 hours per week (Full time) 

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience of working with children in a similar environment

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Experience working within a Young Peoples residential care setting at Senior or Management Level
