Salary: £14,000 - £17,500 per annum (Pro-rata for Part-Time Hours)

Top Job Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the filtration industry, seeking a Service Administrator to join their growing team in Tolleshunt D’Arcy, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
Process customer and supplier orders
Prepare sales files for invoicing by the Accounts Team
Order, monitor, and pick stock, including conducting regular stock checks
Supervise a shared email inbox and manage communications
Assist with general health & safety tasks
Help manage asset/tool registers and coordinate maintenance of tools/workshop equipment
Assist with diary management and job scheduling
Organise and book training courses and site safety cards
Assist with warranty claims
Attend department meetings and take minutes
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in administration support tasks
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
Motivated and comfortable working in a small, family-oriented team
Comfortable working in an open-plan office and adjoining workshop environment
Benefits:
Salary: £14,000 - £17,500 per year (pro-rata, depending on hours worked: 20-25 hours per week)
