Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Tolleshunt D’Arcy, Essex
Salary: £14,000 - £17,500 per annum (Pro-rata for Part-Time Hours)

Top Job Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the filtration industry, seeking a Service Administrator to join their growing team in Tolleshunt D’Arcy, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The company is experiencing strong growth in their service team and needs an organised and proactive individual to help support their expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer and supplier orders

  • Prepare sales files for invoicing by the Accounts Team

  • Order, monitor, and pick stock, including conducting regular stock checks

  • Supervise a shared email inbox and manage communications

  • Assist with general health & safety tasks

  • Help manage asset/tool registers and coordinate maintenance of tools/workshop equipment

  • Assist with diary management and job scheduling

  • Organise and book training courses and site safety cards

  • Assist with warranty claims

  • Attend department meetings and take minutes

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in administration support tasks

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Motivated and comfortable working in a small, family-oriented team

  • Comfortable working in an open-plan office and adjoining workshop environment

Benefits:

  • Salary: £14,000 - £17,500 per year (pro-rata, depending on hours worked: 20-25 hours per week)
