I am currently looking for a Timber Erector for a small, family-run business that's located in Ashford, Kent.

You will be working as part of a friendly and hard working team, delivering and installing timber Garages, Oak fronted Carriage Houses, and Garden Studios across the UK. We are ideally looking for a Timber Frame Installer to drive 12T lorries / C Class. Hold Digi card. (Not essential)

Customer care is of the upmost importance. This role will require someone who is very much a team player and prepared to work in all types of weather.

Hours can be long, however they offer premium overtime rates. The position will require you to be flexible in terms of working hours and you should be prepared to stay away from home occasionally (hotel accommodation and food provided).

You will be responsible for managing your driving to adhere to the Taco rules and requirements as stipulated by FTA. You will be required to be Involved in the loading and unloading of your lorry, by hand, alongside your team.

The position will suit those with a background in construction or ground working. Roofing experience will be advantageous.

Fork Lift licence is an added advantage but recognised training will be given to the successful candidate who meets all other criteria.

Salary £29,000 - £35,000.00 per year, depending on proven experience and team leadership qualities
