Skilled Hard Landscaper

Location: Projects across East Anglia

Salary: £33,500 - £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Hard Landscaper looking to join a growing company where you'll work on a wide variety of high-quality landscaping projects?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established landscape construction company with an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional residential and commercial landscaping schemes. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, they are looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Hard Landscaper to join their experienced team.

The Role:

This is a varied, hands-on position working on a range of hard landscaping projects across East Anglia. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship on every project, working both independently and as part of a professional team. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of landscape construction projects, producing exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of hard landscaping, including paving, patios, pathways and driveways.
• Construct brickwork, steps, edging, footings and small retaining walls.
• Read technical drawings and accurately set out works.
• Operate excavators and other small plant where required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Work safely and professionally on both residential and commercial sites.
• Liaise effectively with site supervisors, colleagues and other trades.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised working environment.
• Complete weekly timesheets and report any site issues promptly.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

You'll ideally have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in hard landscaping.
• Strong skills in paving, brickwork, footings and retaining walls.
• The ability to read technical drawings and set levels accurately.
• Experience operating excavators or similar plant.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• A CSCS Card and towing licence would be advantageous but are not essential.
