Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Support Workers and Waking Nights Support Workers specialising with LD/EBD and Challenging Behaviours for our client based in Westcliff-on-sea.

Our client is an established company with strong knowledge with Young People Services ages between 8-18 with LD/EBD and Challenging Behaviours.

Candidates will need to be confident at working within a residential setting to provide the best quality of care to each individual.

Job role

• Residential Support Worker & Waking Night - £18,500 - £22,900
• All salaries are dependent on qualifications & experience
• Roles are either 37.5 hours per week (Full time) or 18.5 or 22.5 hours per week (Part time) which will include a mix of early shifts Requirements

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience of working with children in a similar environment

• Level 3 childcare qualification preferred but not essential. 
• Successful candidates will have the opportunity to undertake their Level 3 qualification.
