Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Support Workers working on a Full-time contract on behalf of our client, supporting Young People with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties

Our client is a 4 Bed Residential setting based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Job Role

• Supporting Young People within a residential setting  
• Shift Patterns are long 9am till 11pm or short days 7am till 2:30pm or 2pm till 9:30pm
• Writing daily reports and feeding back to the line manager
• Following out set care plans to provide the best quality of care
• Having fun and making their daily lives as bright as the next

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have recent experience providing Care/Support to vulnerable people
• Level 3 in Childcare (Preferred)
• Experience within a residential setting or care/support environment  
• Having a kind and caring nature
• Driver with Access to a Vehicle (Preferred)
