Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Support Workers on behalf of our client, supporting Young People with EBD & Challenging Behaviours.

Our client's setting is based in Braintree for ages between 8-18.

Their vision is to be emotionally resilient, supportive leaders who provide accountable yet nurturing direction to each other and the young people they care for.

Job Role

  • Supporting Young People to live their lives to their full potential 
  • Writing daily reports and feeding back to line manager, attending meetings in line with the young people
  • Following out set care plans to provide the best quality of care
  • Having fun and making their daily lives as bright as the next
  • 37.5 hours contracted - Full time
  • Variety of shifts between 07:00am to 22:00pm

Requirements

  • Applicants are required to have previous experience providing Care/Support in any setting within the last 5 years
  • Experienced with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties & challenging Behaviours, training will also be provided
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Childcare (Desired) or willing to work towards
  • Having a kind and caring nature
  • Driver with Access to a Vehicle
