We are looking for individuals that have experience with Challenging Behaviours. Our client is a lovely children's home-based in Canvey Island and is a brand new service. 

Job Role

• Supporting Young Adults from 10 -18 year-olds to live their lives to their full potential 
• Writing daily reports and feeding back to line manager, attending meetings in line with the young people
• Following out set care plans to provide the best quality of care
• Helping young people budget and handle money, promoting their independence
• Day shifts patterns are 7.45 am to 8.15 pm at £10.50 to £12.50 an hour, sleep-ins are £30
• Night shifts are 8 pm to 8 am paid at £11.50 to £13.00 an hour
• 40 hours a week contract, overtime available

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience providing Care/Support in any setting within the last 5 years
• Experienced with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties & Challenging Behaviours, training will also be provided
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Childcare (Desired) or willing to train towards this.
• Having a kind and caring nature
• Driver with Access to a Vehicle
• Be flexible with shift patterns
