Top Job Recruitment are looking for Support Workers, to work In a newly renovated service in Fordham, Colchester.

The service specialises in Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviours, and various complex needs. MAPA training can be provided to help you in your new role. 

The company is an established care provider nationally that supports adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and any other additional needs.

Job Role

• Supporting individuals within a Supported Living setting.
• Working either Day shifts or Nights, flexible shifts available.
• Working with care plans set out to each individual to provide the best quality of care and support.
• Interact with service users at all times to promote independence and ensure they are safe at all times, cleaning and record-keeping is required.

Requirements

• To hold previous experience in a caring environment, training will all be provided. 
• Be compassionate and have a caring nature
• Possess good communication skills
