Top Job Recruitment are looking for Support Workers in Attleborough to work on a permanent basis with a close client of ours.

The company are aiming to be UK’s most best and trusted support provider, the service in Attleborough is a Supported Living service for adults with learning disabilities and on the autism spectrum.

The site’s shift patterns start from 08:00 am to 20:00 pm, you can choose to do long days, mornings, afternoon, or a combination!

Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and epilepsy and other challenging behaviours in their own homes or with their families.
  • Help them engage in social activities and work towards individual goal plans.
  • Supporting service users with daily life skills (cooking, cleaning and washing)
  • Accompanying individuals to personal appointments.
  • Being patient at times and be able to display a sense of humour
  • The role at times is challenging but it is rewarding and fun!

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to create and maintain nurturing relationships
  • Able to commute to the service for morning shifts and evenings
  • Experience isn’t needed as you will be given all the correct training but may be advantageous
  • A right to work in the UK- we can not unfortunately offer sponsorships
