Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for Support Workers to work in the community in Richmond.

Your main role as a Support Worker will be working directly with people in their own homes who have a variety of mental health diagnoses, autism or learning disabilities. 

Job Role-
- Helping with daily tasks such as taking medication, prepping and cooking meals, shopping and engaging in activities the individual enjoys. 
-Encourage people to go out and do things they enjoy such as the cinema. 
-Offer personalised support depending on the person's care plan. 
-Support people to develop independently.
-Encourage people to speak up and be heard about how you can help them. 
-Advocate on people's behalf when necessary. 
-Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and health and safety practices.
