Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for Support Workers to work near Bedford Park.
The service houses 4 middle aged adults who require different levels of support most of which do not use speech to communicate but through gestures.

Shift Timings - 8am - 4pm / 2pm - 10pm  / 4pm - 11pm /7am - 3pm / 10am - 5pm

Sleep ins – 4pm – 11pm shift, sleep in and then a 7am – 3pm shift.

Job Role-
- Helping with daily tasks such as taking medication, prepping and cooking meals, shopping and engaging in activities the individual enjoys. 

-Assisting with personal care when needed.
-Encourage people to go out and do things they enjoy such as the cinema. 
-Offer personalised support depending on the person's care plan. 
-Support people to develop independently.
-Encourage people to speak up and be heard about how you can help them. 
-Advocate on people's behalf when necessary. 
-Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and health and safety practices.
