Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for Support Workers to work in Fulham.  

The service houses adults who require different levels of support most of which do not use speech to communicate but through gestures. The adults at this service enjoy indoor and outdoor activities such as colouring, singing, dancing, gardening and cooking.  

Shift Timings - 8am - 3pm / 3pm - 10pm / 4pm - 11pm + Sleep in

Job Role-
- Helping with daily tasks such as taking medication, prepping and cooking meals, shopping and engaging in activities the individual enjoys. 
-Assisting with personal care.
-Encourage people to go out and do things they enjoy such as the cinema. 
-Offer personalised support depending on the person's care plan. 
-Support people to develop independently.
-Encourage people to speak up and be heard about how you can help them. 
-Advocate on people's behalf when necessary. 
-Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and health and safety practices.
