Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for Support Workers to work in a Residential Service near Shepherds Bush.   

The service houses 4 adults who require different levels of support. The people at the service have very busy lives and need to be supported to a variety of activities as well as supported to pursue their interests at home.

Shift Timings - Early 8am - 4pm /  Mids 10am - 6pm / Late 2pm - 9pm / Sleepover 2pm - 11pm+ 7am - 2pm.

 Job Role-
- Helping with daily tasks such as taking medication, prepping and cooking meals, shopping and engaging in activities the individual enjoys. 
-Assisting with personal care if needed.
-Encourage people to go out and do things they enjoy such as the cinema. 
-Offer personalised support depending on the person's care plan. 
-Support people to develop independently.
-Encourage people to speak up and be heard about how you can help them. 
-Advocate on people's behalf when necessary. 
-Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and health and safety practices.
