Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Support Workers on behalf of our client based in Colchester to work with adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging behaviours, and various complex needs.

Job Role

• Supporting individuals within a Supported Living setting.
• Working on either a Temp to Perm or Perm basis.
• Working with care plans set out to each individual to provide the best quality of care and support.
• Flexibility to work various shifts available.

Requirements

• Applicants are required to have previous experience providing Care/Support with Learning Disabilities or willing to learn. 
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Desirable)
• Care Certificate, the client can help you achieve this
• Driver with Access to a Vehicle (Essential)
• DBS on the Update Service.
