We work with many different clients across Colchester and surrounding areas who support a variety of different individuals.

Most of our positions are close to Colchester town centre which means you don’t necessarily need to drive.  

Job Role-

• We are looking for agency members of staff to be able to work across multiple settings from Elderly Care Homes, Supported Living, and Children's Homes.
• This could be working in different settings in Colchester with different Care Providers. 
• Be flexible and able to take ongoing training to progress your knowledge within the field.

Requirements-

• Knowledge and experience within Support/Care work.
• Be able to work professionally and responsibly while maintaining dignity with people in your care.
• Willing to commute via public transport or have access to a vehicle
• Be able to undergo training.
• DBS on the update service – don’t panic if you haven’t, this is something Top Job can assist you with.
