Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Registered Manager to oversee Four service's in Colchester, working alongside the Area Manager
Suitable for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager looking to progress
You will be Supporting Individuals in a Supported Living environment
Requirements
Experience in managing LD residential or supporting living services
Ensure staff team completes H&S training as required
Ability to write reports and chair meetings.
Manage delegated budgets to ensure resources are used to best effect, in line with company policy and procedure.
Managing staff performance including Supervision and Annual Appraisals
Good communication skills
Driver with Access to a Vehicle
