Top Job recruitment is looking for a Team Leader to work with one of our clients in a supported living service in Dereham.

37 hours a week plus overtime available

 The position is a crucial role in their management team responsible for delivering the highest quality of care to the residents in the home.

Job Role-

• Provide daily support to residents including but not limited to personal care.
• Promote the mental development and physical health of the residents. 
• Help with recruitment and training of all staff. 
• Promote positive teamwork.
• Work as a team with other members.
• Ensure safeguarding of vulnerable adults is at the forefront of the role.
• Act as a role model and encourage staff to work to the best of their ability.
• Manage the receipt and administration of medication,
• Help management with rotas.

The successful candidate will….

• Hold a level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Have English and Maths qualifications.
• At least 5 years experience in a senior role.
• Knowledge and understanding of working with adults with autism.
• Medication training.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
