Top Job Recruitment are seeking a Temporary Sales Administrator to provide temporary cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to sales and customer service, ensuring smooth operations during this temporary period.

Responsibilities:

  • Make daily calls to follow up on quotes and address customer inquiries.
  • Handle and manage supplier leads on the portal.
  • Dedicated time for this task on Tuesdays and Fridays, managing specified number of leads each day.
  • Generate daily quotes to support sales activities.
  • Log calls, opportunities, and tasks into the CRM system for efficient tracking.
  • Oversee content in the Facebook Installer Group and actively engage with relevant discussions.
  • Catch up with emails and conduct conversations with procurement as needed.

Training Management:

  • Track deliveries and handle customer inquiries related to returns.
  • Manage and respond to inbound activity on the Replenishh Sales Inboxes.
  • Process customer orders efficiently to ensure smooth sales operations.
