The company are a prestigious construction business that specialises in working on renovations and restorations of historic commercial and residential properties.

As the Tradesperson it is key to maintain a good working relationship with the client throughout the whole project as they strive to exceed expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Tradesperson Job Role:

• Building timber-framed houses and extensions
• Refurbing and fitting kitchens and bathroom units
• Perform isolate plumbing on bathroom and kitchens
• Minor electrically wiring where required
• Read layout drawings accurately
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to continuously
• Being courteous and polite to the client at all times
• Always be dressed smart and presentable

Tradesperson Experience required:

• Must have extensive construction experience
• Carpentry and joinery experience is a must
• Must be able to read architects drawings
• Must have a full clean drivers license
