Top Job Recruitment is working with one of the leading furniture manufacturers operating in the UK who are seeking a Trainee Frame Assemblers to join their existing team.
Job Summary
The role will involve assembling 4, 3 and 2 seater sofa, chair and stool frames in the order as supplied in the parts trolley, according to the assembly method and quality standards laid down by the MTM engineer and in line with the weekly schedule.
Full training will be given.
What you will need to succeed
* Be manually dexterous and have an aptitude for bonus work
* To be able to work on an individual basis once fully trained
* Able to work early starts, 7.00am
* Ability to work on feet and move large objects weighing up to 34kgs
* A keen eye for quality
* Must be an enthusiastic, committed individual
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
* Ability to work using own initiative and within a team
What you can expect in return
* During your probationary period you will be paid at the initial trainee rate of £10.42 per hour after which you join the PBR (paid by results) bonus scheme as operated by the company - £11.08 per hour
* Average 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
