Our client in Colchester are seeking a qualified Training and Operations Manager. You will primarily be ensuring the operational side of the company runs smoothly. The team of Operatives under your supervision will be cleaning ducts in Industrial kitchens so it is imperative that all Health and Safety procedures are met and followed.
You will be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure they are 100% satisfied with the service and character of all your operatives. You will also be responsible for the training of your operatives, ensuring they are always trained to the standard required to meet laws and regulations. Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are followed is a critical part of the job and experience as a Training and Operations manager is therefore essential.
