Our client is a family run care agency that provides at home care. 

Training Officer Job Role

• Deliver staff induction training to new staff members.
• Deliver updated mandatory training to existing care and support staff. 
• Attend courses to remain up to date with training requirements. 
• Organise staff supervisions. 
• Maintain positive working relationships with all staff.
• Attend launches of new training courses. 

Skills Required

• Hold a trainer qualification (PTLLS)
• Hold a diploma in health and social care. 
• Oliver McGowen training is desirable.
• Previous training experience within a Health and Social care setting (3 years minimum)
• Excellent IT skills.
• A clean UK driving licence.
