Job Description:

The Car Seat Upholster position involves converting cloth car seats into top-tier leather upholstery. Successful candidates will be expected to bring their expertise in upholstery, mechanics, or a strong understanding of tools to the table. Team collaboration is a fundamental aspect of the role, as they work collectively to meet production targets and maintain their reputation for quality and precision.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in upholstery, mechanics, or a strong understanding of tools is highly advantageous.

Proficiency in various upholstery techniques is essential.

A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The ability to work harmoniously within a team.

Effective communication skills.

A willingness to learn and adapt to the company's processes.

Competitive salary (£25,000 to £30,000 DOE).

Consistent work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
