Top Job Colchester are currently seeking an Immediately Available Administrator to work for one of their long standing clients on the outskirts of Colchester.

JOB TYPE: Full-time – Ongoing

Start Times: 9.00 – 5pm Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week / (no weekends)

20 Days Holiday + Paid Bank Holidays.

The company are a wholesaler supplying goods online and require an Administration Assistant to communicate with customers and update databases ensuring the delivery process is seamless.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide professional customer service levels at all times, and ensure customer queries and problems are dealt with promptly as and when they arrive.
  • Communicating with customers regarding orders and ensuring specification of orders are understood.
  • Processing sales orders which requires close attention to detail.
  • Answering telephones as necessary.
  • Provide web assistance to our online customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have transportation to get to work. (location out of town).
  • Computer Literate
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and driven
  • The ability to work as part of small office team.
  • The ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.
  • Previous administrator or Sales experience - 1 year (Preferred)
  • Education: GCSE or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,500- £20,000 per annum

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

  • A-Level or equivalent (Required)
