Our Client in Colchester are seeking an experienced Store Manager for their growing family run business.

The company have recently invested in a state of the art production facility and are looking for a talented and driven individual to grow with the company.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of two production facilities and for increasing efficiencies and reducing costs. As a stores manager you will be an integral part of the senior management team and you will have direct responsibility for the performance, training and development of your staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence, a Counter Balance forklift licence and have previous warehouse and food handling experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 5AM to 2PM although the occasional out of hours and weekend shift will be required.
