Position: Warehouse Operative (VNA Licence Required)

Salary: £12.53 per hour (starting rate)
Hours:
Initially: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Possible shift change to:
Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Friday: 7:15 AM – 12:15 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative with a valid VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) licence to join our team in Colchester. You’ll use VNA trucks to handle, store, and retrieve stock, helping to keep our warehouse running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What is a VNA Licence?
A VNA licence certifies that you are trained to operate Very Narrow Aisle forklifts. These are specialised trucks designed to navigate tight warehouse spaces, ensuring precise stock handling and meeting strict health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate VNA equipment to move, load, and store stock
Carry out inventory checks and maintain accurate records
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Help with general warehouse operations when required
Requirements:
Valid VNA licence essential
