Top Job Recruitment are excited to be working with an exciting new manufacturing company based in Braintree who opened in July 2021 and are already looking to grow their team.

We are currently recruiting two Warehouse Operatives to work on their outbound orders having them ready to be packed and sent to well-known companies around the UK.

• Your day-to-day task will be to pick, pack & check orders for customers, ready to be sent out same day
• You may also be involved in assembly/kitting tasks when this is required.
• Working with a friendly team to ensure this is done quickly and efficiently.
• Mostly small/light packages, but you will be requiring to lift no more than 15/18kg’s and will be working within a very friendly and supportive team.

This position will be a temp to perm offering a very high chance of a permanent role after 12 weeks as growing their team is their priority.

Hours of work are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.

Starting salary £9.50 which will be reviewed after 12 weeks based on performance.

Some warehouse experience is preferred but can be reviewed for the right candidate.

Ideally you would be required to drive due to the company location however if living location public transportation may be available.
