Top Job Recruitment is excited to be working with a market leader in the electronics and IT hardware industry, currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their Shipping and Goods In Team based in Braintree.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, perfect for someone with warehouse experience and a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly by managing the flow of incoming and outgoing IT hardware – ensuring everything gets where it needs to go, on time and in perfect condition.
This is not your average warehouse role – it's hands-on, technical, and crucial to the business operations.
Accurately receive and check incoming IT equipment, including servers and components
Carry out visual inspections for damage, missing items, or errors
Book goods into stock using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
Organise and label received stock for processing and storage
Prepare and pack outbound goods ready for shipping
Work closely with Goods Out and Inventory Control teams to maintain seamless stock movement
Maintain clean and organised workspaces in line with health & safety standards
Previous warehouse experience, especially in Goods In or Shipping
Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic IT systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Interest in IT hardware or technical products is a bonus
Flexibility to work a 3-week rotating shift pattern (Shifts: 6am–7pm with a 1-hour break)
Rotas provided a year in advance for easy planning!
£12.87 per hour
