Goods In – Keeping Everything on Track from Day One
In this role you’ll be the first point of control for all incoming goods.
Key responsibilities include:
Receiving deliveries, scanning items with handheld scanners, and placing them in the correct locations.
Communicating clearly with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
Checking for damages or discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
Ideal for someone organised, proactive, and with an eye for detail.
Enterprise – Where IT and Logistics Meet
This is a specialist department handling enterprise-grade IT hardware.
Key responsibilities include:
Stripping down servers, sorting RAM and components, and carrying out visual inspections.
Using scanners for precise stock tracking and maintaining detailed records.
Verifying technical specifications and working closely with other departments.
Perfect for anyone who enjoys hands-on work with IT hardware or technical equipment.
Shipping – Making Sure Orders Go Out Right
This team ensures high-value orders are prepared correctly before they leave by road or air.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and processing orders for dispatch, carefully checking each item.
Using scanners and systems to track outgoing shipments.
Ensuring everything is 100% accurate to avoid costly mistakes.
Best suited to someone who takes pride in thorough, careful work.
What Our Client is Looking For
Previous warehouse or technical experience is beneficial.
An interest in IT hardware is especially valuable for the Enterprise team.
Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic IT systems.
Excellent attention to detail and a positive team attitude.
Willingness to work on a 3-week rotating rota (6am–7pm with a 1-hour break, including some weekends). Rotas are planned a year in advance to help you organise your life.
You’ll be working around 39 hours per week, so plenty of stability — plus it’s physically rewarding, meaning you can save on that gym membership!
