Warehouse Operative
Location Colchester EssexWe are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a busy production and warehouse environment based in Colchester. This is a hands on role within a fast paced setting, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are looking for long term opportunities and progression.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative you will be assisting within a production environment, supporting daily operations to ensure goods are handled efficiently and safely. Duties will include general warehouse tasks, working as part of a team and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Working Hours
Shifts will be one of the following
7am to 3.30pm
8am to 4.30pm
10am to 6pmShift times are decided basedon client needs so flexibility is essential.
Pay Rates
General Warehouse Operative £12.78 per hour
FLT licence holders £13.12 per hourAll roles offer progression through a structured grading system.
Contract Type
Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate

Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is essential
FLT certificate is desirable but not essential
Ability to work within a production environment
Good attention to detail and reliability
Flexibility with working hours
Must be based in or able to commute to Colchester Essex
